Wasn't Shania Twain supposed to be at the closing ceremonies of the Olympics?
I know I saw a commercial saying she was going to be there, and I didn't see her at all. I watched the entire thing, the first part, and then the stuff they showed later on (after the Marriage Ref). Am I just crazy, or did anyone else see that she was supposed to be there?
You weren't the only one. Bob Costas said it during the NBC coverage, but I never saw her either. Guess they decided she was too much country, a la Calgary, eh?
Oh, and to the person who doesn't understand Crosby not getting the MVP, his stats were average. Sure, he scored the game winning goal, but the MVP is the TOURNAMENT MVP. Miller had the biggest impact of all players on the tournament as a whole. Quit your whining.
