I had a crown applied to the tooth next to the front tooth on the right side..it is a cast post,because the or
..it is a cast post,because the orig. tooth broke off at the gumline...the crown looks good, but is farther back than my orig tooth and my front teeth don't look straight now...can
my dentist put bonding on this crown to bulk it up so it's even
with rest of my teeth?
I don't think so. Some dentist will try bonding around the base of a crown, they call it "crown repair", however, nothing will stick to the crown permanently.
Wish you would have discovered this BEFORE the Dr. actually cemented it...if you told him you weren't happy with the final appearance he could have sent it back to the lab.
Did your office let you see the crown on in place with a mirror before cementing it?
